Police presentation to cricket club
£500 was presented to Bexhill Cricket club by Inspector Lee Lyons and PC James Swap of Sussex Police.
Inspector Lee Lyons and PC James Swap handed over the cheque which came from the property fund to Hamish Russell who commented: "Bexhill Cricket Club are extremely grateful for the support of Sussex Police.
This money will assist us to increase to increase the equipment we have for use by our ever growing junior numbers. We would especially like to thank PC James Swap for his assistance and support for our junior programme".
Insp Lyons added: - "We are very pleased to be able to help a local organisation with this funding and hope that it will go some way to helping develop their junior programme."
