Police raid Wick "drug factory"

EIGHT-and-a-half kilos of cannabis plant were found at a Wick "drugs factory" yesterday (Thursday, October 15).

Police raided a top floor, Sussex Street flat at 1pm, and arrested four Vietnamese men.

Equipment used in the cultivation of cannabis was also found.

A spokesman for Littlehampton police said: "The men are still in custody whilst enquiries continue and we are also in liaison with the UK Border Agency to investigate their status in this country."
