Police seek man for interview over Brighton stalking allegation

Brighton police are appealing for information as to the whereabouts of Marawni Hosseni, who officers want to interview over alleged stalking.

Hosseni, 33, is described by police as of Middle Eastern appearance, 5ft 8, of medium build, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Sussex Police is investigating an incident outside an address in Sunnydale Avenue, Brighton, just before midnight on Saturday, August 12, when a 31-year old-woman was punched.

Sergeant Rich Penrose said: "If you see Hosseni call us on 999 , or if you have any information on his whereabouts contact us on or via 101, quoting serial 1530 of 12/08.

"You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
