Police seek suspects for attempted Worthing burglary

POLICE have released the descriptions of two men wanted in connection with an attempted burglary in Worthing.

The attempted aggravated burglary in Rochester Close, West Durrington, took place on Tuesday, December 22, at around 11pm.

The two men, thought to be in their late teens, tried to break into a house through the front door using a baseball bat.

After being distracted by a neighbour who shouted at them, the suspects made off on foot down an alley way that leads to The Laurels School in Walnut Tree Way.

The first suspect is described as white, 5ft 8in, of slim build with blue eyes, and wearing dark blue jeans, white trainers, dark jacket, and a black balaclava that looked new.

The second suspect is described as white, 5ft 11in, blue eyes, slim build, dark jeans, white trainers, dark jacket, and a black balaclava that looked new.
