Police seek youths who hurt pensioner

The elderly lady was by the public toilets in Channel View East last Wednesday when at about 1.15pm her way was blocked by three to four youths aged 16 or 17 and a girl of similar age.

PC Wright said: "One of the youths managed to get behind the lady and push her, causing her to stumble and fall to the ground.

"As a result of this assault the lady sustained an injury to her arm."

PC Wright is appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault or who has information to contact him at the Bexhill sector office on 0845 6070999, quoting serial 898 of September 4.
