Council candidates share their views on Horsham town centre

Candidates hoping to be elected to Horsham District Council next week in Horsham wards have been asked questions on issues affecting the town centre.

The Horsham Society posed three questions to all the candidates asking them to briefly respond to three questions and have posted responses on their website.

The candidates were asked:

1) How will you use the resources of the council to protect and enhance the built environment and public green spaces in the town, and its setting within the wider countryside?

2) How will you use the resources of the council to support local businesses and encourage a vibrant and successful central shopping area?

3) How will you use the resources of the council to support and enhance the town’s recreational facilities, and the creative and performing arts?
