County Council cabinet member for finance Michael Brown has agreed to enter a lease which will enable HDC to move into County Hall North in Chart Way where they will occupy the second floor and some rooms in the basement.

There will be a new customer access point in the reception.

He also formally agreed that the building is rebranded to Parkside subject to further discussion.

HDC leader Ray Dawe has previously said the move is likely to take place this summer.
