A planning application to demolish various barns and sheds at Threals Farm has been submitted to Horsham District Council.

While the farm lies within the parish of Thakeham, its access via Threals Lane, is in West Chiltington.

Consent was given last year to convert the largest of the barns into five homes but this would still leave all other farm buildings unused.

A design statement submitted with the application said: “The applicant would like to build a better quality scheme that makes use of the entire site and enables the removal of all farm buildings.”

To view the application, log on to www.horsham.gov.uk/planning and search for DC/20/0837.
