The new three-storey Cecil Norris House, in Ravens Road, Shoreham, is one of several Adur and Worthing council home projects to tackle the shortfall of affordable housing in the area. The £3.4 million development, designed by Brighton-based Liam Russell Architects, has replaced an empty and outdated 1970s council-owned block of retirement flats which was demolished in 2019.
