The application, from Perrymount Holdings Ltd, includes a nine-storey extension to the western elevation of 31-33 Perrymount Road, in Haywards Heath, together with a two storey rooftop extension, a new rooftop amenity deck, parking, bin and bike stores and internal and external changes.

A previous change of use to the existing building was for 38 units and an upwards extension for 30 extra units. The fresh plans would therefore delivery an uplift of 30 homes on top of the already approved plans for the site.
