A planning statement says: “The scheme is landscape led reflecting its rural fringe location with the design of the proposed buildings in keeping with the existing industrial building typology ensuring that the development is also read as a coherent extension of Manor Royal In this manner the scheme eases the transition between the agricultural landscape to the north and Manor Royal to the south.”
