Post Office names threatened branches

Post Office Ltd today opened a six-week local public consultation on its Area Plan for Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.

Among the 44 branches in the three counties scheduled for closure are:

Aldwick, 2 Tudor Buildings, Aldwick Street, Bognor Regis PO21 3AW

Craigwell On Sea, 91 Barrack Lane, Bognor Regis, PO21 4DX

Hawthorn Road, 53 Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 2BW

South Bersted, 62 Gordon Avenue, Bognor Regis, PO22 9LS

Station Road, 15 Station Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 1QD

Slindon, Slindon Top Road, Slindon, Arundel, BN18 0RR

The six-week public consultation period for the Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex Plan begins on January 29 and all representations should be received by March 10.
