Prisoner charged with murdering cellmate
A Lewes Prison inmate has been charged with the murder of his cellmate.
Simon Wishart, 21, HMP, is alleged to have killed Gareth Russell.
He will appear at Brighton Magistrates Court today, (Friday).
Russell was found hanging in his cell in the early hours of Tuesday, April 24.
