Property targeted after road rage incident in Rose Green

Four men aged 17, 23, 32 and 56 were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary which happened in the wake of an initial dispute in the road.

They have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

The Chalcraft Lane argument happened on Monday around midday, and involved the occupants of two cars, a blue Rover and a green Corsa.

Following this the passenger and driver of the Corsa, a man and a woman, went to their house in Rose Green, where soon after four men forced entry and caused damage inside the property and to a car parked outside.

The woman at the address received cuts to the head.
