Quality shines through at Rye Flower and Vegetable Show.
FRUIT, flowers and vegetables filled Rye Community Centre last Saturday when Rye Flower and Vegetable Show took place.
The show, which is run by Rye Allotments Association, is now in its ninth year.
Entries included home-made produce, while in the children’s section Amy Massey won first prize with her colourful plate mosaic.
Royston Godwin, from the Association, said: “There were 210 entries this year, many of a very high quality.”
Prizes were presented by Priscilla Ryan.
