Rat run road gets parents cross

HUNDREDS of parents at a Broadwater school have signed a petition calling for a safe crossing.

They are concerned about road safety in Rectory Gardens, outside Broadwater First and Middle School.

Louise Peters, along with 353 other parents, has signed a petition concerning the lack of road safety at the site.

The parents are particularly concerned about the large bend in the road, affecting visibility, and speeding non-school traffic using the road as a shortcut to avoid congestion at Broadwater Green.
