Over 70 people called in throughout the morning to meet teaching staff, take a tour, meet the School’s dog, peacocks, snakes, chickens and rabbits; and find out more about the education on offer at the international day and boarding school.

As well as being extremely busy, the day was also eventful with the school nursing team dealing with an Open Day attendee’s epileptic fit.

PR and Marketing Manager Vicki Ireland said: “With students from 44 nations represented at Buckswood and the diversity of culture and courses on offer at the school, we are an attractive alternative for those parents looking for an education with a little bit more for their children. We were thrilled at the number of families who came to see the school has to offer in the current economic climate ”.
