If the council decides to lease the ground to Bohunt, terms will be negotiated by James Appleton, the council’s head of economic growth, in consultation with council leader Daniel Humphreys and Clive Roberts, executive member for the environment.

The report, which can be found in the council’s latest Joint Strategic Committee agenda, states that lease conditions will include appropriate fencing/gating, public access to be secured at the start and close of the school day, weekends and school holidays and sharing access arrangements with other local schools and clubs.
