Firefighters rushed to reports of a car fire in Burwash on Saturday (October 17).

Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Heathfield and Burwash were mobilised to the incident on Spring Lane at about 3:50pm.

The fire was confirmed as out on arrival and crews left the scene at 4:25pm.
