Return of the Annual Parish Assembly

BATTLE’S Parish Assembly will take place in the Battle Memorial Hall on Wednesday from 7pm.

In preparation for the event Battle Town Council is circulating a copy of its Annual Report, together with full details of the Assembly, to every household.

This is not only the opportunity to hear from county, district and town councillors about what has been happening in the local area but for residents to put questions to those councillors.

Rather than an open forum the assembly will repeat the structured ‘Question Time’ session which has proved popular and successful in the last two years.
