Riot of colour and noise as carnival hits the streets of Littlehampton
THOUSANDS of people lined the streets of Littlehampton on Saturday to see the highlight of the town's summer season '” the riot of sound and colour that is the Littlehampton Carnival.
With floats and walking groups from many organisations, groups and businesses in and around the town and a fine complement of bands, the Mardi Gras-themed procession was bigger than last year's and certainly as noisy.
