Road resurfacing schedule announced by county council for week starting June 10

The schedule of surface dressing treatment for roads this week has been released by West Sussex County Council.

Surface dressing involves spraying a coating of bitumen on the road, followed by one or more layers of hard stone chippings.

Traffic can be allowed to run on the new surface almost immediately – avoiding lengthy closures and disruption.
