ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

BRIGHTON and HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2013 AMENDMENT NO.14 2014 (TRO-13-2014)

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton and Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 5th November 2014 made the above named Order under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 1 December 2014 will introduce the following changes:

'¢ Proposing to extend the existing double yellow lines in Tongdean Lane outside Withdean Sport Complex.

A copy of this Notice, the Order as made, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/tro-finalised

These documents plus a copy of the existing Order that has been amended may also be examined at the Customer Service Centres at Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton (Monday to Friday 8.45am-4.30pm) and Hove Town Hall, Ground Floor, Norton Road, Hove, (Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.00pm).

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks
