Roadmap plans

Details of road layouts, including the construction of a sput road, and landscaping, are included in a further planning application for the Courtwick development at Wick.

Arun District Council has already approved outline plans for 600 homes on the site.

ANGMERING: Conversion of garage to studio/workshop and construction of new garage and car port, Linkside, North Drive.

EAST PRESTON: detached garage, 30 Manor Road.

FERRING/ANGMERING: widen service vehicle access road, to provide a bus stop and associated ancilary accommodation (trolley shelter and bus stop shelter), Asda, Littlehampton Road, Ferring. Re-advertisement, due to incorrect address. This application lies in both parishes.

LITTLEHAMPTON: application for approval of reserved matters following outline application LU/355/10, for road infrastructure and section of spur road, to include the landscaping proposals for the land within these road sections, Courtwick Lane, land south of railway. Re-advertisement, due to amended description, revised application form and plans.

Application to vary condition 6, following planning approval LU/374/03 to vary closing hours, The Empress, ground floor, Baltic Wharf, Pier Road.

Fell one Norway maple tree to ground level, within the Rustington conservation area, Ffynches Lodge, The Street.
