Crime: Last Saturday, many villagers got up to the sight of graffiti on many of the village signs, and at least 1 car that I know of. If you saw anything or know who did this please can you give any information to the police. The week before 2 small children’s bicycles were taken from Heathfield Gardens and were found the next day at the Station, where there had also been plants and flowers wrecked. The good thing about this is that it always shows the spirit of the village because there was a group of people out cleaning off the paint, but do we want to have to rely on people’s good will to keep our village nice. What we need to do is stop it before it happens. There have been many things over the last few months that may seem small but do add up. If you have a problem please contact the police on 101, at least if its logged the statistics will eventually show that we all have a problem.
