If you like live music on a Sunday afternoon then head towards the Salehurst Halt on Sunday April 14. The Buick 6 will be playing there between 5 – 8pm.

Thursday April 18 at Robertsbridge Hall is the next evening of progressive whist starting at 7pm. Beginners are welcome to go along to this friendly fun evening.

Robertsbridge Bonfire Society is holding its meeting on Thursday April 18 at Robertsbridge Club starting at 8.30pm.

Ladies darts: On Monday[14th] we play the singles knockout with Carol Apps at The Bear and Jackie Danaher, Alice Hodges and Rosemary Clifford at The Royal Oak. Our next team game is away to Ticehurst Club on Wednesday 17th April in the semi-final 2nd leg of the team knockout cup taking a narrow 6-5 advantage into the game.

Darts: The final of the singles pushpenny will be between Ted Goldfinch and Wayne Hardy. In the semi-finals Ted played Michael Stone in a match that went all three legs as did the match between Dave Goodsell and Wayne. Tonight is Ladies night at Robertsbridge Club.

Stoolball: Training is every Thursday at the Cricket Ground @6.30p.m. We are looking to for anybody who would be interested in playing this ‘Old Sussex Game’. Don’t worry if you’ve never played before just come and enjoy our friendly club and we will teach you how to play. Date for your diary:- Saturday 13th April we are holding an ‘Indoor Kurling Night’ at Robertsbridge Club @ 7.30p.m. Entry is £1 per person and a maximum of 4 players per team but don’t worry if you can’t get a team we will provide players just come and join this fun evening. There will also be a raffle to raise funds for the stoolball club.
