Ladies Darts: We played at home to Ticehurst Club in the 1st Leg of the Team Knockout Cup Semi-Final. We started well winning the first two singles matches through Carol Apps and Jackie Danaher but the visitors drew level before Alice Hodges won to give us a 3-2 lead. Victories for Dawn Mitchell/Steph Goldsmith and Alice/Carol saw us lead 5-3 after the doubles and victory in the first trebles match for Steph/Dawn/Rosemary Clifford increased our lead but the visitors hit back as we take a narrow 6-5 lead into the 2nd Leg in a few weeks time. There were high scores for Rosemary[116,85,77], Alice[95], Dawn[83,81,76], Jackie[81x2,80], Carol[75] and Steph[75]. On Monday [11th] we are away to The White Hart I(Wadhurst) who now play at The Red Lion at 8p.m.
