Two members of the Parish Council have just resigned, which means replacements are needed. Have you ever considered becoming a Councillor? Some of the work is routine but much is interesting and gives a chance to constructively affect what happens in the village. If you find yourself often grumbling about the way things are done why not join in the game and put your name forward. You can find out on an informal basis what the job entails by having a chat with the Clerk to the Council, Karen Ripley, on 882066 or by email [email protected] or by speaking with the acting Chairman of the PC, Dicky Clymo on 881563 or [email protected]
