Robertsbridge Club will be open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for all football premiership games on Sky and espn and will also be open for all England qualifying games.

The last Sunday of every month is Sunday Roast at Robertsbridge Club between 1pm – 3pm. There is a choice of 2 meats with all the trimmings for £6.95 with a choice of desserts at a small extra cost.

Robertsbridge Aviation Society is holding a Jumble Sale tomorrow Saturday 8th September at Bush Barn TN32 5PA between 2pm – 4pm. Sorry but the museum will not be open on the day. There will be light refreshments available with ample free parking.

There is a coach trip with the Aviation Society to Chatham Dockyard to `Salute the Forties` next Saturday 15th September, with a few seats left at £20 per person. This price includes coach travel and entrance to the event. The coach will leave Battle at 8.25am and Robertsbridge at 8.40am. If you are interested please contact the above number.

Next Saturday 15th September Robertsbridge United FC presents at Robertsbridge Club the experienced rock outfit `Peak Output`. They play everything from Neil Young to Foo Fighters to Muse; there is something for everyone. Doors open at 7.30pm with entry for club members just £2 and non-members at £3.

DARTS: The dart season is approaching and it is time to start practicing. Monday nights is ladies night while Thursday and Friday is mixed night so if you are interested in playing either or all nights pop down and join the players for a beer and a game of darts.
