After the campaign was launched, there was a fantastic response from families with over 80 boxes being donated at the beginning of November. The children covered a shoebox with Christmas wrapping paper and filled it with a selection of gifts suitable for a boy or a girl. The boxes have been collected and will be distributed to children in a number of different countries. The school wishes to congratulate everyone on their hard work. Mrs Fiona Minto, class teacher, said: “Well done everyone”. Find out more about Operation Christmas Child at www.samaritans-purse.org.uk/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child.
