Boot, craft and produce fairs organised by the Rotary Club of Seaford raised a fantastic £2,426 this year.
Money will be used for the group’s charitable work, which includes supporting local groups and good causes.
The club is already planning to stage seven fairs next year.
Rotary spokesperson Mike Hemmings said: “What a way to finish our fairs for 2013 at the Martello Fields in Seaford.
“The sun shone, it was warm, and so many of our faithful stallholders and bargain hunters were with us to sell, buy and celebrate a mainly successful season.
“We try gently to forget about the August one, which is actually quite hard to ignore with mini tornado, blown down gazebos, and broken wares.
“We gave back the stallholders their pitch fees, but so many of you still gave us a donation - thank you.”
Each fair raised an average of just over £360. The most recent and sunny fair in October made £514.
Next year the group’s Boot, Craft and Produce Fairs will be held on April 27, May 18, June 15, July 13, August 10, September 7, October 5.
