Row breaks out over future of Eastbourne's Sovereign Centre
A row has broken out after Tory councillors expressed concerns over the future of the £24 million proposed replacement for the Sovereign Centre.
Plans for the new swimming pool building were due to be taken to the council’s planning committee in May but these have still not been submitted a year since the decision was made to go ahead with the development.
