Row4Charity represented in Hastings Marathon

Row4Charity was well represented in the Hastings 100th Anniversary Marathon with two crew members and two supporters taking part in the event.

Matt Hellier finished in 3hrs37:38 while Phil McCorry came home in 4hrs22:53.

This was the first attempt at running a marathon for both men.

They were joined by Stephen Doswell, who took 4hrs26:29 and Christopher Doswell, who crossed the line in 4hrs28:33.

Meanwhile that day the Row4Charity boat was on display in front of the De Lar Warr Pavilion and attracted great interest - this is the same boat the four man crew will use when they take part in the Indian Ocean race next summer.

Row4Charity is offering local businesses and individuals the opportunity to have their name sign written on the hull and be part of its history. Individual names will be added for a donation of 10 and business names or logo's can be added from 100 depending on size.
