Around 20 black bags have been on King George V Playing Field in Felpham since Saturday, reportedly after a football tournament.

Resident Hilary Lewis said: “With the hot weather forecast for this week I am concerned that flies and pests are going to make it worse. “I think the foxes and birds have already got into the bags. There is rubbish strewn into the playing fields and surrounding bushes.

“It’s more or less fly tipping. I know the residents are disgusted.” See Hilary’s photo at www.bognor.co.uk
