Eleven dinghies signed up for the race around Rye bay for a bottle of rum, won by Eric Zon.

Caroline Wylson, from the Club, said: “It was great for the club to see so much interest in this event. The showers were relentless but the wind remained favourable. It was a great day with some 60 – 70 people attending and we raised £95 for the RNLI.”
