Rustington hedge fire is thought to have been arson
ARSON is suspected after fire damaged 15m of hedge and 3m of fencing in a Rustington close in the early hours of this morning (Saturday, June 22).
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service received several calls reporting the blaze, which broke out at about 12.50am in Staffords Close.
Firefighters from Littlehampton used high-pressure jets supplied from a nearby hydrant to dowse the flames.
