“For the first time in over a decade, students leaving Rye College now have the option to stay in Rye for their post 16 education with the opening of the Rye Studio School in September.

“As one of only 30 Studio Schools in the country, the Rye Studio School is attracting interest from a wide area and will offer unique opportunities for young people who wish to pursue a career in the creative industries. “

Students celebrating success this week included Sadie Andrews, Elva Tucker, Beatrix Teasdale and Bella Woodcock - all of who gained a large number of A* - B grades.
