Rye Rail group holds AGM
People can find out more about the future of the Rye rail line when Rye rail action group Marshlink holds its AGM this month.
It takes place on Friday march 20 at 7pm at Rye Town Hall.
People will be able to take part in a question and answer session with Amber Rudd MP; Lisa Goodman, Senior Development Manager, Network Rail; David Walker, Head of Revenue Development, Southern Railway and Ray Chapman, Chairman, East Sussex Rail Alliance.
Items likely to be up for discussion are the proposed high speed javelin service, infrastructure improvements on the line and train connections at Ashford.
The meeting is open but only members.
