Kate Terry, salon ambassador, said: “We have raised this huge amount in just one month - Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

“This is a charity very close to our hearts and we are very proud as a salon to support it.

“All of our staff have worn boob T-shirts, including the men, for the whole of October and we have also been able to sell these, as well as mugs, to our customers to help raise money for the charity.

“We have managed to get to this amazing figure by holding a raffle, a coffee and cake morning and kind donations from our customers.”
