Bus Service: Kent and East Sussex Arriva, who run the number 5 bus service in Sandhurst is giving bus travellers an early Christmas present, by adding extra value to its South East Family Day ticket this month. Arriva is now increasing the number of children allowed to four for the whole of December. Full details of all Arriva services can be found by calling 0344800441.

Refuse: The civic amenity refuse lorry will be in the village 8 - 8.25am, Lomas Lane, 08.30 - 9am Ringle Green, 09.05 - 09.35am Back Road, 09.40 - 10.20am Tanyard, 10.25 - 11am. Sandhurst Close. The collection on December 12 will be the last before the Christmas period until January 9 2016.

Friendship Club: the next meeting of the Friendship Club is the Christmas lunch at Merriments garden Centre at 12.30pm. For more information Call Rosie Broadbent on 01580 850433 for the lunch on December 18.
