Diary: The village has many events so it would be good to put events in the village diary and check that the event does not clash with anyone else’s event.

The diary is at the Sandhurst Farm Shop, Main Street, which is open Monday - Saturday from 8.30am - 6pm. Phone 01580 850890.

Sad news: The village was very sad to learn of the death of Gina Goodsell. The funeral was held at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium. A Thanksgiving service will be held St Nicholas Church at a later date to be decided. Thoughts are with Bill, Richard and Clive.

Refuse Lorry: The Civic Amenity Refuse Lorry will be in the village on Saturday February 21 at Lomas Lane from 8am - 8.25am; Ringle Green, from 8.30am - 9am; Back Road 9.05am - 9.30am; Tanyard from 9.40am -10.20am and Sandhurst Close 10.25am - 11am.

Church fundraiser: A supper and quiz is taking place to raise funds for St Nicholas Church at 7.30pm on March 14 in the Old School.

Supper is included in the price of the ticket.More details soon but to book a table and for more information call Ann on 01580 850281.

Baptists: A service takes place at the Baptist Church on Sunday February 22 at 10.30am and will be led by Pastor Ken.

It will be followed by a soup and sweet lunch at 1pm. There will be a coffee morning on March 5 at 10.45am.
