Sandhurst now has a new shop next to Johnsons, a hardware shop which I am sure will get a lot of support from the village and surrounding area.The position of PCC Secretary for St Nicholas Church is still vacant.

Sandhurst FC are in the final of the Hawkhurst Charity Cup and the game will be played on Easter Monday at Hawkhurst with an 11am kick off. The Club will take on Rolvenden in the final.

The civic amenities refuse lorry will be in Sandhurst on Saturday at Lomas Lane from 8am - 8.25am; Ringle Green 8.30am - 9am; Back Road 9.05am - 9.35am; Tanyard 9.40am - 10.20am and Sandhurst Close from 10.25am - 11am.

Easter church services take place on Good Friday at 10am at the Mission Church and there will be an Easter Sunrise Service at 6.30am and Holy Communion at 8am and an 11.15am service all at St Nicholas Church.

Do not forget that Sandhurst has a Sunday bank holiday bus service to Hastings and Hawkhurst on the bank holidays.
