Father Christmas will once again be climbing aboard his sleigh to start his mammoth task of visiting children of all ages in Seaford.
The Rotary Club of Seaford’s Santa Sleigh will be spreading its festive cheer each evening from Monday (December 1) until Christmas Eve. Santa wil be in place each evening at around 5.45pm.
It’s a chance for children to meet Santa, have their picture taken with him and receive some sweets, plus it is a huge fundraiser for the club.
The annual event in Seaford has been a tradition for around 50 years.
A spokesman for the club said: “Our club takes Santa in his sleigh all over Seaford during the month of December from the 1st to Christmas Eve. We do it as a service to the town for children of all ages as well as being our largest money raiser for our charitable work throughout the year.”
