Scallops take centre-stage at Rye
THE popular shell fish was on offer at a special Rye Farmer’s Market event held during the Scallop Festival.
Restaurants in the town have been serving up the prized locally caught delicacy while events connected to the Festival have included cookery schools, live music and the ever popular annual Scallop Race at the Strand.
