School bus and car collide near Haslemere

A school bus and a car collided at Camelsdale today (Monday, January 25) shortly before 8am.

A police spokesman said: “A bus and a car collided on the A286 at the junction of Sturt Road and Camelsford Road near Haslemere.

“The bus then collided with a lamppost and a street sign.

“The 43-year old bus driver sustained a cut to his leg. There are no reports of any other injuries.”
