School supports local children in need

Shoreham College had a cake sale on Children in Need day but chose to raise money for local children in need rather than the national appeal.

Pupils from both the junior and senior schools took in a huge selection of home-made and shop-bought cakes and sold them in the morning break to eager and happy children.

The school managed to raise £400 for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.
