Scratchcard charlatan preys on generosity in Littlehampton
POLICE have warned of a suspected con artist believed to be preying on people’s generous spirit in Littlehampton.
Officers said that a number of people have been approached by a man in Bridge Road, selling scratchcard claiming that money would be going towards a special unit at one of the area’s schools.
Following an investigation, police have concluded this is a lie. The force is urging people to report the man, by calling 101 quoting 0688 25/02.
