A hair salon owner originally from Seaford is appearing on Channel 5's Big Brother reality show.

Jason Burrill from Blue in Eastbourne’s South Street – the Herald’s Hair Salon of the Year – was one of the housemates who went in to the house last night (Tuesday).

Property developer and movie body double Jason is 45 and hopes to make acting his day job,

He has already worked alongside Danniella Westbrook in one movie - Essex Vendetta - playing the part of “Vincent’s henchman”.

He was also cast as Dave Bautista’s body double in Spectre and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Jason says he is currently single and looking for love and is not opposed to the idea of finding it in the Big Brother house
