Saxons, pirates and smugglers will take to the streets as Seaford Bonfire Society holds its celebrations tomorrow (Saturday October 18).
Organisers are promising a procession with flaming torches, visiting societies and a secret tableau.
There will also be a fireworks display with some surprises in store.
Staging the celebrations costs between £10,000 and £12,000.
The procession starts at the White Lion Hotel in Claremont Road. It will form up from 5.30pm and depart at 7.15pm.
Next it will head for the War Memorial where there will be a wreath laying ceremony. The fireworks display at the Martello Fields will begin at 8.45pm.
