The annual jumble sale organised by the Friends of Sedlescombe church is only a few weeks away, the date this year is Saturday October 26. This early reminder is to give you plenty of time to clear your unwanted clutter and consider donating it to this local cause. All funds from the event will directly benefit the refurbishment of the church taking place at the moment. Nearer the date there will be the opportunity to have your donations collected if you are not able to bring to the hall on the day and further information on this will follow in the next few weeks.

Sedlescombe Societies Association Annual General Meeting will be on Monday November 18 in Committee room 2 at the village hall. Another part of the evening will concentrate on granting small amounts to local groups who are in need of funds for community projects. If you would like to apply for a small grant for your group or village project please write with the details and the amount requested as soon as possible to the secretary, Judy Torrance, Asselton House, the Green Sedlescombe TN33 0QA.
